Project LYRA ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard data submitted through our website.
We collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, contact number, country, and any music links or story you share with us via our submission forms. This information is used solely to evaluate your demo submission, respond to inquiries, and communicate with you about Project LYRA services.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law. Form submissions are processed via Formspree and are subject to their privacy practices. We retain submitted information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@projectlyra.ca.
Terms of Submission
By submitting a demo or inquiry to Project LYRA, you confirm and warrant that:
- You are the sole owner or authorised representative of all intellectual property submitted.
- The submitted material does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or neighbouring rights.
- You provide express consent for Project LYRA to listen to, evaluate, and contact you regarding your submission.
- Submission does not constitute an obligation on the part of Project LYRA to sign, distribute, or respond to any particular submission.
Demo Submission Policy
Project LYRA receives unsolicited demo submissions regularly. By submitting your material, you acknowledge the following:
- Project LYRA may be independently developing music or projects similar to your submission.
- You release Project LYRA from any liability regarding similarities between your submitted material and any future Project LYRA releases or signings developed independently.
- We do not guarantee a response to every submission, but we commit to reading and listening to every one we receive.
- All submissions are confidential and will not be shared without your consent.
